Funding
A large portion of Elekta’s borrowings is issued on the Swedish capital markets under the Group’s Medium Term Note (MTN) Program. In addition to this, Elekta also maintains bank borrowings. As of July 31, 2026, Elekta’s total debt amounted to SEK 5,900 million, with maturities extending to 2031 and an average tenor of 2.28 years. The graphs below show the debt’s funding sources and maturity profile as of July 31, 2026.
Maturity profile
Elekta has a committed undrawn revolving credit facility of EUR 250 M with maturity in May, 2029, as well as a committed undrawn revolving credit facility of SEK 1000 M with maturity in September 2027.
Credit rating
Elekta has an investment grade (IG) credit rating from S&P Global Ratings on both issuer level and on the Group’s senior unsecured notes.
