Elekta appoints Niklas Savander as its next President and Chief Executive Officer
Niklas Savander has extensive experience from senior management positions both within Hewlett-Packard and Nokia, most recently as a member of Nokia’s Executive Management Team responsible for the company’s day-to-day operations. He is currently a private equity adviser in Helsinki, Stockholm and London. Mr. Savander is married and has two children.
Laurent Leksell, Elekta’s founder, former CEO and Chairman of the Board of Directors, says: “We are very pleased to have been able to appoint such an experienced and capable executive as Niklas Savander.
