Number of outstanding shares in Elekta AB (publ)

During November, 546 new B shares were issued in Elekta through conversion to shares within the framework of the 2012/17 convertible bond.

The total number of shares in Elekta as of November 30, 2012, amounts to 382,807,226 divided between 14,250,000 A shares and 368,557,226 B shares.

One A share entitles the holder to ten votes and one B share to one vote.
