ELEKTA APPOINTS NEW HEAD OF NORTH AMERICAN OPERATIONSElekta has recruited Anthony G. De Carolis as Regional Vice President North America and President & CEO of Elekta Inc., From May 1, Mr. De Carolis will assume responsibility for all Elekta's operations in North America, heading an organization of over 200 employees and managing all sales in North America, which constitutes over 40 percent of Elekta's total sales. In the American market Elekta's treatment methods with radiosurgery are well established with good penetration of the Leksell Gamma Knife®.
