Elekta's annual report for 2019/20 available

STOCKHOLM, July 10, 2020 – Elekta’s (EKTA-B.ST) annual report for 2019/20 can now be downloaded from the investor section on Elekta’s website, www.elekta.com/investors, and is also enclosed with this press release. The annual report also contains Elekta's sustainability report, based on GRI Standards.

Two new members of Elekta’s Executive Management are presented in the annual report: Andrew Wilson, President Oncology Informatics Solutions and Larry Biscotti, Executive Vice President, Region North and Central America. Both have held their respective positions on an interim basis for some time. As the positions have now become permanent, they are also part of Elekta's Executive Management.

In the annual report, the Parent Company's financial statements have been adjusted, compared with Elekta's year-end report, as a result of a write-down amounting to SEK 107 million for the value of the financial investment in ViewRay, Inc. (Nasdaq: VRAY). This adjustment does not affect the Group's financial statements.
