Peter Gaccione joins Elekta’s Executive Management as head of North America
Pete Gaccione is currently Senior Vice President Latin America at Elekta. During his 20 years at the company, he fulfilled leadership roles in global marketing, service and sales. Before joining Elekta, Gaccione worked for 15 years at Siemens Medical Systems in various roles of its oncology business, including Director Oncology Sales and Marketing.
Pete will lead Region North America and temporarily lead Region Latin America until a successor for the latter has been appointed. In his new role, he will report directly to Richard Hausmann, Elekta’s President and CEO.

He is smart, knows the market and its customers very well, has extensive experience in the radiotherapy business and is a strong people manager. That is exactly the combination we need.
